I designed a survey to collect quantitative data and to screen for users who could provide valuable insights during the interview study. I sought out to understand how users interacted with mobile payment applications, what features were most valuable, as well as understand the types of people who used these apps.
To understand user needs and preferences, we conducted a survey targeting Venmo users. The survey collected responses on various aspects of the app, including desired features, security confidence, satisfaction with money transfers, interface appeal, and overall experience. A total of 15 responses were analyzed to derive actionable insights.
